Aerogel Thermal Insulation Coating

Aerogel thermal insulation coating is an intelligent thermal insulation material composed of aerogel, hollow glass microspheres, high-performance emulsion, and water as a solvent, made using advanced processes. It forms a dense vacuum layer on the surface of the coated object, effectively blocking the conduction of solar radiation heat and air radiation heat, reducing the internal and external heat exchange of the coated object.

Main Features and Performance



1. Thermal Conductivity

Material thermal conductivity: 0.0135 to 0.030 W/m.K


2. Insulation Performance

1-2 mm coating can achieve an insulation temperature difference of over 2/3, effectively blocking infrared radiation heat and heat transfer.


3. Flame Retardant Performance

Flame retardant level: The product does not burn at 300 to 1400℃ and maintains stability at high temperatures for 2 hours without producing smoke, gasification, or explosion hazards.

Fire protection level: Meets national A1 and B1 fire safety standards.


4. Safety And Environmental Protection

It is a completely inorganic, water-based nano thermal insulation system product, free of organic matter, harmful substances, metals, and any volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is odorless, non-toxic, and smokeless, no harm to the environment or human health.

Environmental purification: The product has dust absorption and noise reduction functions, capable of capturing PM2.5, PM10 dust, floating dust, and suspended particles, and reducing noise.

No industrial waste: The production and use of water-based nano thermal insulation materials do not produce industrial waste or engineering waste, thus no need for waste treatment.


5. Corrosion Resistance

It has good performance in resisting acids, alkalis, and salts, maintaining stability in harsh environments.


6. Weather Resistance

It does not blister or crack at temperatures below 1000℃, has strong adhesion, and does not fall off.

Excellent freeze-thaw resistance at low temperatures, maintaining physical structure unchanged at -50℃.

It remains stable under various harsh climatic conditions and has UV resistance and anti-aging properties.
